- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer was measured in the bottles and the 3rd compartment sink for the restaurant area. Auto dispenser had run out of sanitizer solution Quats.
- Corrected during inspection: Manager had moved one from another location that has additional accessible fill stations. The 3rd compartment sink and all sanitizer bottles were filled and measured at 200 ppm Quats. These concentrations provide good sanitizing strength. All previosuly washed items are to be re washed, rinsed, and santized. Surfaces to be washed and santized again. Shipment of new solutions will arrive today. Manager to update and provide photo verification of the new solutions in place with measured of solution.

- When changing tasks, remove gloves, wash hands, and put on new gloves.

- Corrective Action(s): Repair this sanitizer dispenser so it is able to dispense sanitizer at 200 ppm. Contact health inspector once it has been repaired or if repairs cannot be made within a week.
