    • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
      • Canned foods noted to have dents. Staff removed and discarded damaged canned foods during the inspection. Ensure that all foods are kept in good condition and discard any damaged canned foods.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand washing sink by the rotisserie chicken display in the deli section was missing liquid soap with soap dispenser in disrepair. Staff placed a soap pump bottle by the sink. Repair soap dispenser and ensure that all hand sinks are supplied with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
    • 20. Do food handlers at the facility have adequate food safety training?
      • No food safety trained staff was available on site in deli section with more than 6 staff working at the time of inspection. Supervisor who has completed training course previously need to retake the course. Ensure that manager has taken the food safety course, and if 6 or more staff are working, ensure that at least one food safety trained person is available during operation.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The hand sink near the walk-in cooler in meat department is not properly secure to the wall, and caulking needs to be replaced. Secure the sink to wall, and replace caulking

      • *Multiple Stainless-steel scoops in the production area was left stacked at the top of each other, some left on the shelf, and above the bulk flour container. Please make sure clean utensils are stored properly, used dirty utensils are washed after they are done with prep., and measuring utensils with handles are stored in their bulk container properly to prevent contamination of the food.*Observed that disposable small cup was used for measuring almond for the party plates in the deli area. Please make sure proper measuring cups with handles are used for measuring of the food items to prevent contamination of the food.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Sanitizer bottle in the fast-food prep area was left on the counter. Please make sure any chemical bottles are kept away from the food prep areas.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Dishwasher in bakery and fast-food prep area Sani cycles were not reaching to 71 Degrees Celsius on dish level. Ran the dishwasher multiple times. Please make sure dishwasher Sani cycle at the dish level are capable of reaching to min. 71degrees Celsius.

      • Dirty utensils and containers were left in the hand sink in fast food prep area by the corner of the dishwasher. Please make sure hand sinks are not obstructed and are accessible at all times.

      • Grocery Walk-in Cooler***Side of the grocery walk-in cooler door was not in good repair. Metal door frame was missing, and foundation material was apparent. Please repair it.

      • Deli Department ***There was small leak under the dishwasher in the deli department. There was also water pressure from the upper side of the dishwasher and lot of white sediment built up around the dishwasher due to water pressure and spread after each cycle. There was also vacuum seal upper side of the dishwasher was not in good repair. Please repair it.Grocery Walk-in Cooler***Side of the grocery walk-in cooler door was not in good repair. Metal door frame was missing, and foundation material was apparent. Please repair it.Bread Proofer ***Vacuum seal was not in good repair. Please repair/replace it.
