  - Observation: Taps for both the hot and cold water on right side of the 3 compartment sink are difficult to turn on/off
  - Grounding tine from the plug for the UV fly trap observed to be broken off in the wall socket
  - Cold water for the hand sink in the meat rewrapping room observed to be turned off. Hot water side is functioning. Shut off taps for both the hot and cold water not in place below the sink
  - Corrective Action(s): Plumber recently did the repair and will be returning.
  - Premises will be contacting an electrician to repair.
  - When plumber returns, install shut off taps for both the hot and cold water taps for the hand sink in meat rewrapping room. Turn cold water for the hand sink back on.

  - Observation: 3 compartment sink not able to dispense Quat at 75F. Only hot water is available. Water temperature must be approx. 75F in order to accurately test the concentration to verify a minimum of 200ppm Quat is being dispensed. Could not accurately test the concentration of Quat in the sanitizing sink.
  - Corrective Action(s): Contact technician to have sink properly plumbed in so that the water temperature of the Quat can be regulated by adjusting the hot and cold water taps so that it can be dispensed at approx. 75F..
