- The floors are dirty and have stains on them. This will attract and breed pests.
- Corrective Action(s):
- Thoroughly scrub and clean the floors EVERY day. Ensure the floors along the base of walls, under sinks & racks & equipment are also scrubbed cleaned EVERY day.

- 2) The handwashing sink (nearest the walk-in-cooler) has no hot and cold running water exiting it. Staff are unable to wash their hands.
- Corrective Action(s):
- 1) Repair the pipe so it no longer leaks. Clean up the pooling water on the floor and remove the debris on the waste pipe. This should help eliminate breeding areas for flies.
