     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink by the cake decorating area blocked by floor mat that was not properly put away.
     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure floor mat is rolled up tightly and tucked under the sink or place in on the floor to ensure access to the hand sink. Ensure staff are washing their hands when moving between tasks.
