      • Inspector asked employee how utensils are reprocessed and no sanitize step was mentioned. Inspector educated the employee on 2-compartment sink dishwashing and sanitizing.

      • Test strips are not available to check bleach water concentration for sanitizer and dishwashing. Please obtain chlorine test strips.

      • Hand sink was not stocked with paper towel.
