Vegetable crepes in hot holding unti measured 37C and were discarded.Bin of cut watermelon under the sink sewer pipes was sitting out all night and was discarded.Ensure hot food is held hot at 60 C or above.No working cooler on site. Salad was placed on ice but was not cooling down, instructed to put in ice water bath for better cooling.Ensure cut vegetables are stored at 4C or below or at 60C or above.
