- The facility is using Buckeye Eco Neutral Disinfectant in the service kitchen. The directions state "Not for use on food contact surfaces". In the back kitchen Buckeye Eco Hydrogen Peroxide cleaner is being used but there is no sanitizer available.

- The thermometer in the large True refrigerator is not accurate. The actual temperature is ~ 4C the thermometer reads -5C.
