- 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
- Well water is only being sampled once per year at the beginning of the facility's operating season. Corrective action: In order for us to determine the vulnerability of your water system to microbial contamination, you must increase your sampling frequency. For the first 6-8 weeks of your next operational season, please sample your water on a weekly basis. After this baseline is established, sampling frequency can be reduced to once per month during your operational season.Note: The bacteriological sample taken at the time of inspection came back satisfactory.
