     • A ULINE all purpose cleaning product was observed to be in use for cleaning counters/work surfaces.Please switch to an appropriate, food surface disinfectant with either chlorine, QUATs or hydrogen peroxide as the active ingredient. Please ensure you have appropriate test strips to test the concentration as well. Please also ensure you have an appropriate product to sanitize dishes (ice cream scoops).
