- ***Bulk scoops were stored with the handles in the products and the bulk toppings were left open. Staff corrected right away during the inspection. lids were put on the products on the counter and the scoops were removed from the toppings.

- Dishwashing sinks don’t have drain plugs to hold sanitizer solution for sanitizing the utensils. Please have drain covers for the sinks.

- ***There was a dipper well with milky water present that was not on. Discussed emptying and draining and refilling the well when it was slow instead of constantly running the water. Corrected during the inspection.
