      • The electric air curtain above the entrance door was not operating while the front entrance door was wide open. One fly was observed inside the facility, indicating a risk of pest entry. - Ensure the air curtain is turned on and functioning properly whenever the front door is open to help prevent pests from entering the facility. Staff should routinely monitor and verify that the air curtain is operating during business hours.- The air curtain was turned on and observed to be functioning properly.

      • There was no water present in the dipper-wells at the time of inspection. Ensure that the dipper-wells, where the in-use ice cream scoops are stored, are kept running during operation.
