      • 1. Highball 214 and 228- the portable bars have no handsink- serves bottled drinks and 'pour and serve' with ice in cups. Verbally advised to restrict to 'bottled drinks' only.3. Caesarville 104 - Portable hand sink in the front area was not working. 4, Caesarville M-24 Section 112 - Does not have a hand wash sink in the front bar area.

      • Time Out 208- Rodent droppings observed on the wooden shelves. Some rodent droppings were observed on floors. Some insulation on conduit had been chewed. A tray of nacho chips that had been covered with a bag had chew marks on it.- Nachos were discarded during inspection.- Safely clean up rodent droppings. Monitor for further activity.

      • April 9, 2026:Time Out 208:- Food debris was observed on the floor under the shelves where the wrapped trays of nacho chips were stored.- Clean this area and ensure it is cleaned on a regular basis.January 19, 2026:1. Popcorn 216- grease buildup along hard to reach areas along the bottom cabinets next to the 3 comp sink.2. Centre Ice 212- floor below racking had large liquid spill in the back storage area.3. Time Out 208- food debris observed along the floor-wall edges under racking by entrance door to the kitchen.4. Centre Ice 226 - Build-up on a grease and popcorn noted beside the popcorn maker

      • 1. Pizza 73- 213: bulk packs of pizza boxes were stored on the floor in the back area. Keep all food boxes stored off the floor.2. Popcorn 208- wooden cabinet in the back area is too low to the ground. Store boxes of kernels and single-use cups on shelf at least 6 inches off the floor. Corrected during inspection3. Sidecar 219 - Containers of juice and pop stored on the floor. Corrected during inspection. 4. Popcorn 202 - Bulk bag of popcorn was stored directly on the floor. Corrected during the inspection.

      • 1. Tacos & Tequila - Upright cooler was maintaining 7.3C (internal temperature). Food items discarded. Do not use the cooler to store perishable food until it is maintaining 4C or less.

The Angry Chicken - The paper towel dispenser was empty. Corrected during inspection.

Popcorn 216- rodent droppings were observed under the front counter on the wood support next to the electrical box outlet.-corrected during inspection- staff cleaned and removed droppings2. Popcorn 208- rodent droppings were observed on the floor-wall corners in the back area and on the bottom surfaces of the wood cabinet-corrected- staff cleaned and removed droppings

      • 1. Burgers & Brew 215- The rubber baseboard was not affixed to the wall and was loose (by the 2- comp sink).2. Pizza 73 West - Baseboard was missing near the electrical panel. Install a baseboard.3. Burgers and Brew - Light cover was missing in front serving area.
