- At time of inspection:1. Pest control records were not available for review.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure a copy of all pest control records are kept on-site within this facility so that they can be reviewed during inspection. If the owner of this facility has a pest control company monitoring this entire facility for pests, a copy of those reports must be kept on-site at this facility for review. Therefore, please submit the last two (2) pest control records for this facility.

- At time of inspection:1. There appeared to be some smoke generated from the cooking activities within this facility. It was noted that the exhaust ventilation system is due for inspection and possible cleaning.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. DO NOT allow smoke to generate within this building. BE ADVISED - Fire safety codes has been contacted/referred to attend this facility to determine compliance with the Alberta Fire Code.

The exhaust ventilation system requires inspection and possible cleaning - expiry was September of 2025.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Contact a certified exhaust ventilation duct cleaning professional to inspect this appliance and, if necessary, have the ductwork cleaned. Ensure a new expiry sticker is posted on the stainless steel appliance.
