      • Fail to ensure a test for E. coli and total coliforms is taken and tested and results submitted to the MOH before supplying water to users after any period of more than 60 days duration during which the system has not been supplying water to users.
      • Owner/Operator to ensure M.O.H. notified of name of licensed laboratory to be used for water sample testing
      • Owner/operator to notify MOH before supplying water to users after construction, installation, alteration, or extension of the small drinking water system.
      • Owner/Operator to ensure a test for E. coli and total coliforms is taken and tested and results submitted to the MOH before supplying water to users after any period of more than 60 days duration during which the system has not been supplying water to users.
