      • 6/2/2026: REPAIRS STILL IN PROGRESS FOR ALL SERVERIES. WORK ORDER IN PLACE, FOLLOW-UP TO BE COMPLETED OCT 2, 20264/2/2026 Caulking still required at Wildrose and Chinook Serveries 7/4. Looking for a new contractor to repair remaining serveries. 6/2/2025. Outstanding**- The Wild Rose and Chinook Serveries still require the counters to be replaced. 7/18. The Ranchlands and Glacier serveries have been updated. There are two remaining serveries that are set to be renovated in 2025. The pressed wood for the laminate shelving and underlay for the counter tops holding the steam tables in DSL serveries Ranchlands, Glacier Hills, Chinook, and Wild Rose were either water damaged, cracked, or flaking away.- Ensure all water damaged material is replaced, and the counter is finished in a manner that makes it smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Ensure joints around the countertop and between the steam well- countertop is sealed to mitigate water infiltration.

      • Quats sanitizer bucket in the main kitchen was tested at 0 ppm and dispenser container was empty. Dispenser container was replaced with a new sanitizer and bucket refilled. Please ensure the sanitizer concentration is with the required range and refill backets regularlySanitizer bucket was then tested at 200 ppm.Ple

      • Insert of raw meat was observed thawing adjacent to ready-to-eat foods in the walk-in cooler. Thawing raw meat must be stored in a designated area or on the lowest shelf to prevent cross-contamination with vegetables and ready-to-eat foods.**The raw meat insert was removed and relocated to a lower shelf, separated from ready-to-eat foods during the inspection.

      • Quats test strips were not available during the time of inspection. Ensure test strips are available to confirm sanitizer concentrations are within the required range of 200-400ppm for effective contact surface disinfection.**Obtain Quats test strips

      • 6/2. 1) There was no sanitizer available while staff were food handling. A food safe sanitizer must be available whenever there is food preparation occurring. Sanitizer was obtained at the time of the inspection. 2) Oxivir TB was being used to sanitize food contact surfaces. Oxivir TB requires a 1-minute contact time and a second rinse step with water. There was a quats sanitizer available onsite. Quats is a food safe sanitizer that can be used to sanitize food preparation surfaces, food equipment, and dishes. Staff were instructed to use the quats sanitizer.

      • Some used wiping cloths were sitting on the counter at the time of inspection.-Please store wiping cloths in a sanitizer solution while not in use.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There was a buildup of food debris around the grill, dishwasher, in some drawers, in the dry storage room under shelves, on some of the plastic transport carts, and racks in the walk-in cooler.-Please thoroughly clean the noted areas.
