- At the time of the inspection, the facility was experiencing a leak behind a shared wall for the kitchen and dining areas.The leak has caused the carpet flooring in the dining area to become wet.The faciltiy is aware of the issue and has already begun the process to have the issue repaired and building materials replaced/repaired.Ensure that the water leak is limited and that a fan is placed in the dining area to help dry the carpet to reduce the risk of mould growth.Ensure that repair work is completed as soon as possible to prevent additional damage.
