- Two handwashing sinks were present, but both were blocked and not accessible for use at the time of inspection (one obstructed by the entry door propped open with a jar, and the second blocked by a cooling rack). Handwashing sinks must remain accessible at all times to ensure that staff can wash their hands as needed to prevent contamination and maintain safe food handling practices. The jar was removed from the door area during the inspection, restoring access to the handwashing sink. The operator will ensure handwashing stations remain unobstructed at all times.

- There was no sanitizer prepared. Please ensure sanitizer is readily prepared, and cleaning cloths are kept inside the sanitizer solution when not in use.

- Cooked hot mac sauce was being kept in a large container to cool. Staff were advised to use shallow containers to cool food properly. Staff moved mac sauce to small a small, shallow container.

- A sticky fly trap was kept above the food preparation area. Staff removed the fly trap and disposed of it in the garbage. Ensure that fly traps are not kept above the food preparation area to prevent the risk of food contamination.
