     • Observation: Minor mouse infestation noted. Droppings noted on floor and to a lesser extent on shelving braces. No food damage noted.
     • Corrective Action(s): Discussed with operator and quotes from Pest Control Operations in review stage for remediation. Cooperative effort with other tenants and landlord. Decision on choice for contract forthcoming.
     • * Although operation is clean and floor mostly organized clean up and removal of droppings will allow current clue to preferred rodent traffic patterns. Traps can be placed with advice from PC technician.
     • ** Recommend more permanent version of door plate to preclude rodents accessing under the service door at back of store.
