      • Exterior door in corner pocket had gap underneath. Repair/Install weatherstripping so that door closes tightly to prevent pest entry.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Silicone caulking by dishwasher was cracked/in disrepair. Facility was aware and had plans for repair. Ensure caulking is replaced.

    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Facility was using a smoker outside, however smoker was located away from kitchen area and was not monitored during cooking.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • 1. A bottle of sanitizer at the bar was not labelled.2. Bottle of orange cleaner in Corner Pocket services area was mislabeled as sanitizer. Ensure all chemical bottles are labeled so their contents are known.

      • Kitchen doors that lead to underground cart parking had a large gap in between the doors. Install weatherstripping to seal gap and prevent pest entry.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Scoops in bulk dry ingredients bins were stored with handles contacting food product. This was corrected during the inspection. Ensure scoops are stored so their handles do not contact food product.
