      • Cleaning cloths were store on countertops in the kitchen. Cloths were moved into sanitizing buckets.**Please ensure that cleaning cloths are stored in 100ppm of chlorine sanitizing solution when not in use.

      • Cooking equipment-Pots and pans were stored underneath the drainpipes below the sinks in the kitchen. Cooking equipment were moved to separate cupboard.**Store cooking equipment in a clean and sanitary manner to protect from contamination**Do not store utensils/cooking equipment under drainpipes due to risk of contamination in the event of a leak

      • A tub containing gravy in the black cooler in the basement storage area was left uncovered.**Please ensure all food items stored in the coolers are covered to protect from contamination.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • The ambient temperature of the double door cooler in the kitchen was measured at 14 degrees C. High risk food items were moved out of cooler.**Adjust/Repair/Replace cooler**Do not store high risk foods in the cooler until cooler is repaired**Maintain a temperature log for your coolers and freezers to ensure daily temperature checks are carried out to ensure coolers are in good working condition.

      • The black cooler in the food storage room in the basement had dirt build up on the bottom layer of the cooler and the surface of the top freezer compartment.**Please clean.**Ensure that food equipment are kept and maintained in a clean and sanitary manner.
