    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • The soap dispenser for the handwashing basin adjacent to the diaper change table is not working. Please repair it. Although there is a two-compartment sink around the corner for hand hygiene, the handwashing basin next to the diaper change table was specifically designated for this purpose, allowing for child supervision during diaper changes.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • The water pressure for the hand washing basin by the diaper change station is weak. Please ensure it is in good working order to promote proper hand washing.
