      • At time of inspection:1. All stallholder refrigeration temperatures appeared to be at or below 4c/40F - SATISFACTORY.2. There were two vendors (The Pie Lady and Wooden NIckel Ranch) who were offering high risk foods for retail. Both vendors did not have a functional thermometer inside all applicable refrigeration / freezer appliances.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure all food vendors (who are offering high risk foods) have thermometers inside all applicable refrigeration / freezer appliances.
