- It was noted that the facility was not performing sanitizing step while conducting manual dishwashing. Please be advised that all dishes must be washed with soap and water in the first sink, rinse with clean water in the second sink and sanitize using bleach solution at 100 ppm in third sink. Please air the dishes.
