      • Currently, an easily cleanable and non-absorbent plastic-based diamond plate floor has been installed over the coffee bar's carpet floor.The plate flooring is cut to size from a roll and has been connected using transitions.Because the carpet still exists below the installed diamond plate flooring, there is the potential spills to soak into the carpet and prevent cleaning.The carpet in the food handling area will need to be removed and a permanent non-absorbent and easily cleanable flooring option will need to be installed.
