      • The faucet at the hand wash sink is in disrepair and was not fully attached.Ensure to repair or replace the faucet at the hand wash sink.

    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • 1. It was observed that the mechanical dishwasher is not operating at this time. The operator is contacting a service provider for repair. In the meantime, reusable kitchen ware shall be washed, rinsed and sanitized by the manual ware washing/sanitizing three sink method. Ensure 100 chlorine sanitizer concentration is available in the third sink for a two minute contact time. 2. The stand-up sliding door cooler has an internal water leak. The operator is aware of the concern and has placed a stainless steel insert beneath the leak to capture water. No foods are contaminated at this time. Internal cooler temperatures are acceptable. The operator shall contact a service provider for repair.
