- Tongs and wiping cloths were stored in the same sanitizer solution.- Store wiping cloths and utensils in separate sanitizer solutions.

- Tongs used for dispensing foods were stored in a sanitizer solution along with wiping cloths. Observed staff remove and rinse the tongs under water and then place into clean storage.- All dishwashing is to occur at the 3 compartment wash sink. Operator to review proper manual washing procedures with all staff.
