     • Observation: Orange cleaner stored in quats spray bottle. Quats pump concentrate almost empty. Dumped orange solution and changed to last of the quats. Measured out at 200 ppm.
     • Corrective Action(s): Make sure to order new container of quats concentrate. Order to happen tomorrow.
     • **Also, make sure to have the pump set to the spray bottle unless santiizing the coffee urns, which would be better using the bucket setting.
