     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap dispenser in the back triple sink area not working. Discussed with manager and they turn on/off unit due to sensor issue. Switch at bottom did not engage. Likely a battery issue.
     • Corrective Action(s): Batteries replaced during inspection. Sensor seams ok. Dispenser now works.
     • *Note: battery chamber connection loose. Keep an eye out.

     • Observation: Quats solution in spray bottle at front measured very high (above 500 ppm). Solution in spray bottle at back better but also high. Dose feed from concentrate bottle with pump dosing. Noted the concentrate setting for spray bottles set for 946 ml. One of the spray bottles is only 500 ml. Re-filled both bottles (the smaller with a half pump (at spray bottle setting).
     • Corrective Action(s): 1.) Make sure pump is set to spray bottle.
     • 2.) Make sure to label smaller bottle with note to use only 1/2 pump.
     • **Recommend replacing srparay bottles with 1 litre size.

      • Observation: Observed dusty build-up along door and on fan cover in small sandwich cooler.
      • Observed significant amount of the same dusty build-up in many parts of walls and ceiling in walk-in cooler. Also noticed a distinct musty odour in walk-in, possibly in-part due to a spill.
      • Corrective Action(s): Clean both units thoroughly by inspection date noted on this report.
