Please ensure its repaired to ensure surface is easily cleanable.Washroom exhaust fan has dust accumulation. Ensure its cleaned to achieve proper air flow.

      • - Cloths observed throughout the facility. This is a cross-contamination issue. If spray bottles are used, single-use paper towels would be more suitable.- Spray bottles in infant, preschool, and kindergarten room need labeling.
