- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Inadequate facilities provided for hand washing. The hand washing sink basin was obstructed with dishes and a large pot of rice.
- Corrective Action: Ensure the hand wash station is accessible at all times and used only as a hand wash station whenever food is being prepared (Facility is in operation). Also, ensure that your hand washing stations are equipped with hot/cold water, paper towels, and liquid soap.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Observed a half smoked cigarette laying on the sink counter in a back room.
- Corrective Action: Do not smoke in the food facility.
