   • 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
     • Observation: Mouse droppings noted on floor, and on some shelves in back storage area. Most activity observed at shelves nearest janitors room. Also noted a couple of bags of marshmellows eaten threw and a bag of flour. Some of the traps placed by pest control, especially the sticky boards have been displaced by food product placement on shelves and floor in back.Discussed with manager and Pest Control in weekly. She will discard food product and investigate for more product damage when shelf cleaning completed. No problematic activity noted in public area.
     • Corrective Action(s): Clean up back storage room as discussed. Make sure staff are careful not to displace or damage traps when placing product on shelves in back area. Continue to work with pest control. Door bottom plates on order to better control mouse movement in and out of store.
