- *Discussed the inaccurate bleach to water measurements that were posted on the wall above the sink. Kitchen staff indicated that they did not use that one. This will be brought up to the school who also uses the kitchen.

- ***There were no up to date cleaning schedule present.Cleaning schedule was labeled September and another was labeled July.Discussed with supervisor that the amount of detail in the schedule was inadequate and the documentation was not up to date.

- A wet cleaning cloth was observed hanging in the sink. Rags must be in an approved sanitizer solution once in use, or used once before being put in a laundry receptacle.
