     • At time of inspection:1. The main chemical sanitizing spray bottle contained zero (0) PPM of chlorine residual.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Use chlorine test strips to verify that the chlorine sanitizing solution is at a concentration of 100 PPM.********THIS ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED DURING INSPECTION.

     • At time of inspection:1. The chemical sanitizing spray bottle appeared to contain a chemical that may not be approved for sanitizing. There appears to be a DIN (drug identificiation) number for this chemical but it is not clear whether chemical test strips are available to verify its final concentration. Be advised that sanitizers normally approved include: Chlorine Bleach @ 100 PPM, Quaternary Ammonia at 200 PPM, or Iodine at 12.5-25 PPM.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Determine whether this sanitizer is meant to be used on food contact surfaces and if so,2. Ensure chemical test strips are made available to test this finished solution to ensure it meets the manufacturer's requirements.
