      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats for surface sanitizing in spray bottles measured low in concentration (almost zero). Traced back to main diluted container (10 litre), also measured close to zero. Sign on wall indicating proper concentrate ratio unclear. Worked through a redo of the measurement. 7 oz concentrate to 10 L water equals 200 ppm.
      • Corrective Action(s): Issue solved. Spray bottles refilled with 200 ppm quats solution and sign updated.

      • Corrective Action(s): Clean up noted areas. Replace foil covering on a more regular basis.
