- There is no record of any bacteriological water samples submitted for this facility. Please ensure ACCESS # 9012683 is used to link the sample to the facility. Please submit samples weekly when operational until 8 satisfactory samples are received. Facility can then scale back to monthly when in operation. If samples have been previously submitted, please submit copies to your PHI and they will inputted into our system.
