      • A probe thermometer was not provided. Please obtain a probe thermometer that can be used to monitor foods between 0C and 100C. Recommend obtaining a waterproof min/max probe thermometer that can also be used to monitor dishwasher sanitizing temperatures.

      • The dishwasher wash cycle was too short (ran for less than 1 minute) and was not operating properly. Please have the dishwasher serviced.

      • There were no means to monitor the dishwasher sanitizing temperatures. Recommend obtaining a waterproof min/max probe thermometer as this can also be used to monitor safe food temperatures.
