      • Both the bleach and quaternary ammonium (quats) solutions available in the café area were measured in concentrations far in excess of suitable use as a food-grade sanitizer. Bleach solution was diluted to a concentration of 100ppm chlorine during inspection. Ensure that sanitizer intended for food handling surfaces are maintained at food-grade concentrations (100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quats).
