      • A tray of sauces was observed on the handwash sink. The operator removed the tray during the inspection. Please ensure that the hand sink is accessible at all times.

      • The caulking around the two-compartment dishwashing sink is in disrepair, and the plastic edging around the basin is cracked in some places, creating a rough edge that is difficult to clean. Please repair the caulking around the sink so that it is smooth and easy to clean.
