- ***The disinfectant had the instructions rinse with potable water for food contact surfaces. This indicates that it is not food safe and not acceptable to be used as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces.Office staff have proper food grade sanitizer concentrate that she makes up when she is informed that more is needed.

- ***Single service utensils were stored so that the mouth ends were grabbed. Staff re-oriented so that the handles would be held and not the business ends of the utensils.

- ***The disinfectant had the instructions rinse with potable water for food contact surfaces. This indicates that it is not food safe and not acceptable to be used as a sanitizer for food contact surfaces.The disinfectant present was acceptable to be used in the office sick room where children who are ill wait for their parents, not in the kitchen.

- ***There was a thermometer present that had a new battery installed during the inspection. Staff in the kitchen should be informing office staff when concerns are noted and need to be addressed.

- ***Pest control records were not being completed monthly. Discussed that in the between months it can be done internally and records were to be completed monthly. Link to the pest control records will be sent in the e-mail with this report.

- ***Single service utensils were stored so that the mouth ends were grabbed. Staff reversed them so that the handles were touched and not the mouth ends.
