- The chlorine test strip was unavailable for testing the concentration of the chlorine sanitizing solution. Quaternary ammonium chloride test strips were found, but these only test for quaternary ammonium chloride sanitizing solution. To test for chlorine solution, ensure to use chlorine test strips.To prepare a chlorine solution:Mix ½ to 1 teaspoon (2 to 5 mL) of bleach into 1 liter of water for a 100–200 ppm solution (200 ppm may be used for sanitizing surfaces in place).Alternatively, mix 1 to 2 tablespoons (½ - 1 ounce) of bleach into 1 gallon of water.Solution Strength: 100—200 ppm (200 ppm may be used for sanitizing surfaces in-place).

- This is an outstanding violation from the inspection conducted in 2022. The Public Health Inspector (PHI) failed to address this violation during the inspection on 10/01/2025. If this violation has been corrected, please confirm via email. Weather stripping is missing in a couple of doors.Ensure new weather strips are installed for vermin proofing.
