- 2. The sterility information (lot number and the expiry date) of the pre-purchased sterile equipment (microneedling needles) used for invasive services is not being kept with client's records. Please ensure the sterility information of the pre-purchased sterile equipment used on the client for invasive services is noted on client's forms.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- High level disinfectant is reused for more than 14 days. Please follow the manufacturer's instruction and ensure the reuse period of Pre-empt CS20 does not exceed 14 days.
