    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Shelves higher than 3 feet in childcare centers generally need to be properly secured to prevent them from tipping over and posing a safety hazard. There were white shelves, and some were higher than 3 feet in the room that will be used for out of school program. Please make sure they are properly secured.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • There was no adequate storage for kids' personal belongings.Cubbies or hooks with a proper distance need to be installed in the room or in the hallway.
