      • A coffee mug and a cell phone were stored on food contact surfaces. Open beverages and cell phones must not be stored in food prep areas, or store phones in an insert container to protect food contact surfaces. Hands must be washed after touching personal items and cell phones.

      • Chili transferred to hot holding unit was not reheated to 74 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the chili ranged from 63 to 70 degrees. High risk food must be reheated to 74 degrees Celsius to heat kill any potential bacteria after cooling food. Check temperature with a probe thermometer to ensure reheating temperature was reached throughout the batch. Owner committed to reheating the chili.
