      • An unlabeled bleach/chlorine spray bottle was observed in the toddler room in Unit 20. Ensure all chemicals are labeled. The operator labeled the indicated bottle during the inspection.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The exit door at the back of the preschool room was observed to be in disrepair and is not sealing properly. Ensure the indicated door is repaired and/or replaced to ensure it seals properly.
