    • 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation: Advised by manager that Tim Horton's coffee machines, urns, and pots cleaned with "TABZ" by Bunn tablets with active ingredient of sodium carbonate. Sink plugs missing for the 2 compartment sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipments is cleaned then sanitized with 200ppm quats using the available FS Supermarket Sanitzer by Zepp. As per manufacturer instructions dilute 2ml of this solution to 1 litre of water OR 1 1/4 quarter ounce to 1 gallon of water to 200ppm. Manager to purchase sink plugs immediately. Followup inspection February 20, 2018.
