- Paper towel dispenser was empty at the time of the visit. This was immediately addressed by the operator.

- Drying rack (what appeared to be for clean dishes) was observed to be on top of recycling bin. Please avoid this practice. This was immediately corrected during inspection.

- Metal strainer appears to be in disrepair. Metal pieces were becoming undone from the metal frame. This was corrected by the operator.

- The handwashing sink by the dishwashing area had food filled container in it.The paper towel dispenser was not operational. Ensure handwashing sink is always accessible and not used for food storage, paper towel dispenser is in good repair.

- Temperature logs could not be reviewed during inspection onsite. Send me temperature logs via email to the undersigned.

- Ice scoop was noted stored inadequately inside the ice. The handle of the scoop was noted being in touch with the ice cubes. The scoop was removed and stored properly at its designated slot inside the ice machine.

- Mechanical dishwasher was not dispensing chlorine sanitizer. Sanitizer concentration was noted 0ppm at dish level. Immediate fix is required.Manual dishwashing using 3-comp sink was reviewed with staff.
