Please note that no food handling can take place in the vape storage area or other areas that are not approved for use. Please provide photographs to the inspector that show that all open food, food that is not on the approved menu and food equipment has been removed from areas, including the back storage room.

- The small cube fridge under the bar sinks was not maintaining foods below 4C. Please put a thermometer in this cooler. Please ensure all perishable foods are kept below 4C.
