- Several of the shelled mussels observed in the fish display section were open and appeared to be dead. Food handlers were instructed to inspect the shelled mussels and remove all dead ones during inspection. Ensure regular monitoring of the fish section to ensure shellfish are still alive when sold to customers.

- Several packages of frozen foods past their best before dates were observed in a freezer in the frozen aisle. Staff removed foods from freezer during inspection. Ensure display food products are monitored regularly for best before and expiration dates.

- The soap dispenser at the handwashing station behind the cake decoration table was broken and not functioning properly. Soap could not be pumped out of the dispenser. Repair or replace the soap dispenser. Ensure soap is provided at this handwashing station.

- Some sections of the sealing strips at the entrance front sliding door were missing, exposing a gap between the doors.Replace missing section of strips to prevent pest intrusion.

- The floor of the general walk-in freezer was covered in wood chips from wooden platters and other debris from packaging. Floor edges and corners of the meat section walk-in cooler was insanitary. - Remove debris and wash floors thoroughly. Floor surfaces should be cleaned at a frequency that will prevent the accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue and other debris.
