     • 1. Small areas of the floor in the produce prep area are observed to be in disrepair and are no longer smooth and easy to clean. 2. A drain on the floor beside the high-temperature dishwasher in the bakery area is observed to be covered with 3 pieces of yellow tape. 1. Ensure that the indicated areas are sealed and/or refinished to be smooth, durable, moisture resistant and easily cleanable.2. Ensure that the indicated tape is removed, and a proper cover is installed to render the surface smooth, durable and easy to clean.

     • A buildup of what appears to be mold is observed in the lower grate area of the cooler with Jello and in smaller amounts throughout the yogurt cooler and cheese coolers. Ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.
